Content data present content of campaign, assets, document. Content can be used in a campaign or export to esternal system.

Create new content

Permission

You should have right permission to create new content. Contact your administrator to assign permission.

The following table show the type of content data:

Index	Content Type	Description
1	Image	Store digital asset image in png, jpg, jpeg format
2	Document	Store pdf, doc and docx document
3	Audio	Audio file in mp3 format
4	Template	All campaign templates like email, push notification, sms...
5	Draw	Diagram and chart drawing
6	Free paint	Free paint drawing
7	Code	Code include html, css and javascript code

Following these step to create new content:

1. Go to Content experience menu
2. Click + Add content attribute
3. Select content type and fill name or browse content
4. Click Save to complete and go to content detail page

Using content from campaign designer

Notes

Only campaign creator with give permission can use content for their campaign

Campaign content like email or push notification include images so you can use content data with image type to support it. In campaign content creation, you click on browse button to open Image browse popup, search and select the right image for your campaign content.

Using content from document editor

Notes

Only document editor with give permission can use content for their document

If you use elearning module or project management module, you have to create document for your purpose. When edito document, you can click on browse button to open Image browse popup, search and select the right image for your document.

Using content from external system

Notes

Administrator have to assign permission to api user to get the contents

The external system like website, mobile app and landing page management need your promotion content to display on their system, you can use content api to get content platform for their purpose.
